El lugar escogido ser\u00eda el embalse de Castrelo de Mi\u00f1o, consist\u00eda en completar los tres sectores compuestos por nataci\u00f3n, carrera a pie, para finalizar con una \u00faltima parte de nado. Los mayores nadaron 1 kil\u00f3metro, corrieron 5 y volvieron a nadar otro m\u00e1s.
